Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in building and integrating critical systems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems to support ERP, CRM, and database functionalities, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
Key Responsibilities – Set up and manage ERP and CRM systems with a focus on robust database integration.
– Design and maintain centralized databases, including both RDBMS and NoSQL solutions, to support various applications.
– Build and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI, ensuring high performance and asynchronous handling of requests.
– Collaborate on the integration of multiple systems, ensuring data consistency and efficient workflows.
– Develop and execute comprehensive unit testing to ensure code quality and system reliability.
– Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless API integrations and support real-time data synchronization.
– Optimize backend systems for scalability, performance, and security.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to operations.
Skills Required
– Proficiency in FastAPI or related for backend development and asynchronous handling.
– Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, ElasticSearch).
– Expertise in API integration and development of robust and secure interfaces.
– Solid understanding of asynchronous programming paradigms and event-driven systems.
– Hands-on experience in unit testing and test-driven development practices.
– Ability to architect scalable, maintainable, and efficient backend systems.
– Familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms and integration best practices.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Collaborate with AI and Frontend team to ensure smooth process
